Her journey didn’t start in a kitchen, but in a 4th-grade classroom. While teaching, Morgan’s entrepreneurial spirit simmered quietly, fueled by her love for creativity and her dream of owning a business.

When her first child arrived, she yearned to stay home, but also to build something meaningful. The answer was sweet and simple: hand-dipped gourmet caramel apples.

Late Night Determination and Early Morning Dreams

For three years, Morgan was “the apple gal” by night. While her family slept, she dipped, drizzled, and decorated caramel apples until the early morning hours, then cared for her family by day. Her perseverance and passion became the cornerstone of what would one day be The Apple Gal.

Then, in 2023, a chance conversation led her to the perfect space. With the support of her family, Morgan opened The Apple Gal on Mother’s Day  weekend at 2459 Mosaic Way, Tyler, Texas. The friendly, whimsical shop immediately won over the community.

From Hand-Dipped Treats to Heartfelt Connection

Each caramel apple is a small masterpiece. Handmade, wrapped with care, and made fresh in-house. Customers can order custom and special occasion apples, receive free shipping for orders $70 or more, and watch for special discounts on social media.

Community at the Core

Beyond the kitchen, Morgan and her team pour heart into the community. The Apple Gal has supported local missions by collecting hundreds of cases of bottled water. On hot Texas days, she might be seen hosting one of her cheerful family events like The Apple Gal Summer Circus complete with cotton candy, face painting, balloon twists and giveaways.

The new spot made it easier for shoppers to grab their favorite caramel  apples while they browsed the mall’s stores.

Now that the mini-store has left the mall, there is another advancement for followers: shipping and delivery to friends and family. Morgan has made it easier for her apple-loving fans to share their love all over the country. The Apple Gal updated to nationwide shipping, moving beyond local delivery to make their gourmet treats accessible across the US. This service offers a delightful way for customers to send a unique, handmade gift for any occasion.

Morgan and her family also recently upgraded their personal lives with a little more sugar and spice - another little apple gal born just before Halloween! Six months in as part of “The Apple Gal Gang”, you can be assured that she has restructured the family business in a big way! It’s a fitting next chapter for a business built on joy, family, and imagination.
